Thank you Julia 🙏🏻 It seems so easy to do, and yet we often forget to pay attention. That's something I try to be more intentional about.

I love this piece, the photos (beautiful) and the lessons and little messages from everyday and unsurprising moments. It’s such a tonic to read and be reminded of. Every time I read your words I wish to be transported to this island!!! Xxx

Thank you for your words Lauren! It's funny that you mentioned that because as I was listening to your Yoga Nidra Journey through the Bluebells earlier this afternoon, I was thinking to myself that a walk in nature in Corsica would probably inspire you a lot for writing a yoga nidra journey (a good excuse to justify a "work trip" to Corsica 😉)

Thanks a lot Victoria! I didn't have time to comment because of the Easter school holidays but I had the same feeling reading your "Romanticising The Everyday" post on Sunday.

Merci Ramya! I’m happy that both the words and photos were enjoyable for you because it’s again another essay that was prompted by going through my photo archives. I realize that my words and inspiration are deeply tied to my visual sense and the memories brought back by the moment I’ve tried to capture with my lens.
